update on this past week:
Thursday night was a night out with Alex, although it took some time for this one to get up and go to dinner.
and Friday night was a night for Amanda’s cooking. Some friends came over while Amanda cooked us up some dinner, pork cutlets over jasmine rice complete with string beans.

Sun Jars, complete!
I finished my sun jars (with the help of a certain boyfriend) and they turned out fabulously. I used LED garden lights, so they have a more white glow rather than the orangy color, which I love. The lights I used fit perfectly in the lid of the mason jar, so all that was needed was a little hot glue!

I am so excited! I got all the things I need to make sun jars!
I talked about them in a previous blog, and I found a how-to featuring all the steps to make one of these bad boys. So I went to Ikea yesterday and bought four mason jars for it and today I bought the frosting spray and solar panel lights and all. The putting together of everything will be a thing for tomorrow. Today, my dad got really drunk. When I was about to go to bed, he was just coming out of the bathroom, he was fully naked, I immediately turned away and said “Okay Dad, time for bed”. Thinking that I was my mum, he replied with “That’s right bitch, I’m your daddy, I’ll show you in bed”. FML
