so,
I just bought three dresses off of some bloggie shops: A Blossoming Closet, Idee’s Closet, and Dirt on Your New Shoes blog shop. The last one will probs be too big, but it was cheap, from Topshop, and I always feel a little special receiving something in the mail from the UK (;
The Downfall of American Apparel →
bodiesfade:
cjal:
American Apparel, which so deftly captured the consumer lust of the 18-to-30-year-old market with its pervy roller-disco looks, is twisting by the ankles over the abyss of bankruptcy, and its leg warmers are unraveling.
SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, YA’LL? XD
This seems to be the main tumblr topic on my dashboard at the moment! But after thinking it over, no matter how...
Exhausted
But happy (: Today was greaaat, but I think I may be coming down with something, boooo. I am so in love with my professors so far! My archaeology professor is so interesting and she’s going to take us on a few little ‘field trips’ throughout the semester, which I am super stoked for! & I have a total crush on my abstract math professor. He has such a passion for the subject...
First day of classes
& probably the first day since the beginning of summer that I was awake at 7am! Feelin’ stoked/exhausted/jittery (coffee on an empty stomach, blegh). Oh, and I got a job yesterday! Just a small retail one, but stillllll. & it’s with my two favorite girl friends! Happyyyyyyy

I know how awkward that is. Kyle and I talked about getting married for the benefits (health insurance, be considered independent and file our own FAFSA so he could go to school) but decided against it b/c we’re not ready. Don’t jump into anything!
I’m glad you understand the whole awkwardness of it all! & definitely no rush over here!...

How to be an observer of the world
septemberthird:
1. Always be looking. Notice the ground beneath your feet. 2. Consider everything alive and animate. 3. Everything is interesting. Look a little closer. 4. Alter your course often. 5. Observe for long durations (and short ones). 6. Notice the stories going on around you. 7. Notice patterns; make connections. 8. Document your findings in a variety of ways. 9. Incorporate...
Teenage Dream
Currently listening to Katy Perry’s new album, available today here, and I’m actually really enjoying it. Maybe not as much as the first album (which I still listen to constantly), but it seems to be a great “girls night out dancing in the car on the way to the bar” type of thang. Also, I’m loving my new tumblr theme (;
